New UC Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination courses are now available in the UC Learning Center. The new courses replace the UC Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training courses that have been unavailable since July 2022.
- New employees, employees who were due to complete the requirement while the old courses were unavailable, and employees moving between requirements will receive notification emails with their new due dates early this week.
- All other employees will receive reminder notifications two years after their last completion of the requirement, per the established recertification schedule.
As before, there are two versions of the course: Non-Supervisors and Supervisors, Faculty, MSP. New this year, employees with at least one direct report will be required to complete the supervisor version. Supervisors impacted by this change will need to complete the supervisor course regardless of when they last completed the non-supervisor course.
