UC Merced has issued Interim Whistleblower Protection Policy Implementation Procedures. The purpose of these procedures is to implement the University Whistleblower Protection Policy and assure an appropriate response to any known or suspected allegations of retaliation for making a protected disclosure or refusing to obey an illegal order. These procedures apply to all University employees and applicants for University employment.
